We want your beach day to be perfect. Here's how we handle weather and cancellations.

Weather Policy

Your safety is our priority. We monitor weather conditions closely.

High Winds: If sustained winds exceed 20 mph, we may need to modify or delay your setup. Canopies and umbrellas may be unsafe in high winds.

Lightning & Storms: If there's active lightning or a severe weather warning, we will contact you to reschedule. This is non-negotiable for safety.

Communication: We'll contact you via your preferred method as soon as possible if weather impacts your reservation—usually 1-2 hours before setup time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy.

48+ hours before setup

Full refund

24-48 hours before setup

50% refund OR full credit toward future booking

Less than 24 hours before setup

No refund (credit may be offered at our discretion)

Weather-related cancellations

Always fully refundable or reschedulable at no charge

Refund Process

We aim to process refunds quickly and fairly.

  • 3Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date

Beach Rules & Regulations

Each beach has specific rules about equipment placement. We're familiar with all local regulations and ensure your setup complies. This includes:

  • • Respecting sea turtle nesting zones and beach access paths
  • • Following canopy and umbrella restrictions on certain beaches
  • • Adhering to quiet hours and noise ordinances
  • • Leaving no trace—we remove all equipment and debris
